GREGORY BUCK, CPA, CA
Greg has practiced in Abbotsford for the last 35 years, firstly as a sole practitioner, then joining a local firm for 8 years before returning to the current team. Greg has practiced extensively in the areas of accounting and business advisory for privately held businesses.
His practice continues to focus on providing corporate and personal income tax planning, promotion of entrepreneurial services and general finance. He conducts his practice by building close relationships with his client to assist them in successfully running their enterprises.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Bachelor of Commerce) and received his Chartered Accountant’s designation in 1976. He was an instructor at UFV for 17 years where he continued his interest in education. He continues that interest taking current professional development courses and assisting CPA students. He has been a keen interest in accounting and business software and has authored two text books on that topic.
During his years in business, Greg has served the community as President of the Abbotsford Airshow, an Airshow director and officer for 12 years, Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, participant in Operation Rednose, and a lifelong supporter of Duck’s Unlimited. In community work, he is the proudest of his 20 years as a Rotarian and the tremendous local, national and international work carried on by the organization.
CARLA CADIEUX, CPA, CGA
Carla has been in public practice in the Abbotsford area for over 20 years. Carla focuses her practice on the retail and service industry.
She is most interested in working with entrepreneurs and their family owned businesses. As the most recent graduate in the group, she also heads up the disclosure and financial statement compliance for the group.
Carla enjoys the challenge of building her practice and relating those challenges to new businesses starting out. She is especially adept at systems work for the new business person.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses and traveling internationally.
HEATHER ROBINSON, CPA, CMA
Our Interior office has been practicing in the Kamloops area for over 40 years. Heather has specialized in small to medium family run corporations and has represented a cross section of the retail, service and manufacturing sectors.
The company’s strength is in the preferred tax treatment of its main customer arenas. It has held a forefront position in North Thompson area of British Columbia and has dealt with clients from across Canada.
RYAN BUCK, CPA, CMA
Ryan has been in public practice in the Kamloops area for over 10 years. Ryan focuses his practice on privately held businesses, as well as personal and cross-border tax matters.
His practice continues to focus on corporate and personal income tax planning, as well as advisory services in the areas of cross-border taxation in the United States and Mexico. His preference is to create good working relationships with his clients to allow them to run their business, while he takes on the administrative burden.
Though Ryan recently became a CPA in 2014, he has been working in the areas of accounting, taxation and personal finance for over 15 years. He has a keen interest in those looking to buy and sell business, and has a close network of professionals that allow clients to analyze these transactions from all angles.
Ryan is very involved in the community and is an active member of the Kamloops Daybreak Rotary Club, while also serving on the board as their treasurer. Ryan also serves on the board of school PACs, Church Organizations, and is an active participant in Operation Rednose and other community events. He is also a loving husband and father of three amazing kids. Outside of the office, you will find Ryan hanging out with his family on the golf course when it’s hot, and on the slopes of Sun Peaks when it’s cold.
HANNA BARTON, CPA, CGA
Hanna has been in public practice in the Fraser Valley for over 40 years and completed her designation in 1987. Her clients are varied and include businesses in the wholesale and retail trades, personal services companies, holding companies, professionals, agriculture, and not-for-profit sector. She provides compliance services in taxation and assurance as well as advisory services.
Hanna is approachable, reliable and accessible. Over the past 40 years, strong and lasting relationships with her clients have been developed and she believes in providing quality service.
When not at the office, Hanna has given back to her community and has been on many boards. She now enjoys travelling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
